Shipping:

$8.95 flat-rate US shipping or FREE shipping on orders over $100.00

• We aim to have orders shipped out within 3-5 business days

• We are unable to make any changes or cancel orders once they are submitted. 

 

Returns:

Items may be returned within 14 days of your original purchase date. Items must have original tags attached to be returned. Please note that all sale items are final sale. We reserve the right to refuse any items that do not have tags or have signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, alterations, or misuse, smell of smoke, or damage. All shoes must be in original box. Please do not ship shoe boxes back with labels directly on the box. 

 

Damages:

Any damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or it cannot be returned. All damages must be returned and postmarked within 7 days of receiving. 

How do I ship back? 

You can ship back to us via USPS, UPS, or Fedex. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We kindly ask you provide us with a tracking number. If your items are deemed returnable, you will be emailed a gift card for store credit.

Can I exchange my item for another size? 

Because our inventory is always changing, we cannot offer exchanges. Once your return is made, if the size you want is still available, you can purchase it with your store credit. You can choose to use your store credit right away or hold on to it for up to 90 days.
